Terms of use

These terms cover the public marketing site at kwikserve.app and www.kwikserve.app. A paid subscription and a live tenant are covered by the agreement we send with a quote — not by this page alone.

The site

This WordPress site describes KwikServe Cloud and collects demo or quote requests. Sign in on the header goes to https://demo.kwikserve.app/login, which is the product, not this theme.

Quotes are not a contract

Outlet, Business, and Group on /pricing/ are packages we use to scope a site. They are not a public rate card. Implementation, hardware, SMS credits, and subscription amounts are quoted separately. Nothing on this site is an offer until we confirm it in writing.

Demo tenant

The demo is for evaluation. Do not put real customer card data, live payroll, or production stock on it. We may reset demo data.

Accuracy

Features listed here match the current product guide. Screens change. If a screen in the app differs from this site, the app and your signed scope win.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape at abusive volume, or use the forms to send junk. We may ignore or block abusive submissions.

Liability

The marketing site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made only from copy on this site. Product uptime, backups, and support sit in the subscription terms you receive with a quote.

Law

These marketing-site terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the courts of Uganda.
