This page covers the public marketing site at kwikserve.app and www.kwikserve.app. It is not the privacy notice for a restaurant’s live tenant.

Who we are

KwikServe is a product of Cynovatte. Contact: sales@cynovatte.com, +256 702 312 784, WhatsApp on the same number.

What this site collects

If you use the demo or quote form we receive the fields you type: name, business, phone, outlet type or outlet count, and the page you sent from. We use that to reply. We do not sell those leads.

WordPress may set a session cookie if you log into the CMS. The public pages do not require an account.

If you later paste a Fluent Forms shortcode into Appearance → Customize, that plugin stores submissions according to its own settings. Point it at sales@cynovatte.com.

What this site does not hold

Restaurant sales, menus, staff, payroll, and books live on the product platform (tenant sites such as demo.kwikserve.app and customer domains), not on this WordPress install. Those systems have their own access controls and data stores.

WhatsApp, phone, email

If you message or call us, that conversation sits in those channels. We use it to scope a demo or a quote.

How long we keep leads

Sales enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived in ordinary business email.

Your requests

Email sales@cynovatte.com to correct or delete a lead we stored from this site.

Changes

We will update this page if the marketing site starts collecting more than the form fields above.
